The Logo Shop was started to enable businesses to access a brand management service that is well priced as well as high quality.

Here at The Logo Shop we have a process that has been changed and adapted over time to a very streamlined process:

We always contact our clients prior to doing anything, just to make sure they understand the process and know what to expect. You can also contact us on 1800 4 LOGOS or via email sales@thelogoshop.com.au at any time.

Initially we gather information from you in regards to your new logo design. This is achieved by filling out an online form called LogoSpec© which tends to jump start the process so that we can get the maximum amount of information possible to ensure a smooth production delivery.

Armed with LogoSpec© we start designing your logo. Our designers discuss what it is we need to achieve in terms of your brand, your target market and your preferences, as set out in your filled out LogoSpec© form.

We then create the initial concept logos for you. These concepts are the secret behind our success. The concepts are all completely different allowing us to see what it is that you like and don't like. When you receive these concepts please be as open and as critical as you like because through experience we have discovered that it’s the negative comments as much as the positive ones that lead us to the 'pot of gold'.

We then use this new information to create your final logo. Through experience we know that there may be several revisions and phone calls to finalise your final logo design.

Your final logo is then sent to you by email in all the file formats that you require. If you require stationery please go to our stationery section and we will ensure that your new branding will be consistent across all of your materials.

The whole logo design process takes about 2 - 5 working days depending on our workload.
